Conversion projects rarely offer the same type of warranties available for new build housing, primarily due to the unique nature of the properties that are being converted. However, if required, we can offer purchasers of the apartments a Professional Consultant's Certificate, issued by Elcock Associates, which will meet most lenders requirements, detailing supervision of the conversion works.
If required, we can also provide purchasers with certification of the existing structure review, enhancements and new steel frame design, issued by the Godsell Arnold Partnership.
As owners and long term stakeholders in Deheers, DJ Property can, if appropriate, provide additional assurance by way of Bond or Escrow Account in respect of any structural defects arising during the first 10 years.
