DJ Property has been one of the leading property businesses in South Dorset for over 50 years. Their success is in part down to good old fashioned hard work, dedication and the belief that things need to be done properly in order to deliver noteworthy projects.
Chief Executive Mickey Jones said:
“We take great pride in our work and look for the same values in the partners we choose to work with. The Deheers Warehouse regeneration will be a stand out project; our selection of main contractors, RBstudio Architects, Godsell Arnold, Mildren Construction and Elcock Associates reflects this.”
Mark Anders is the latest addition to the Deheers team. With a diverse design background, the local designer will be consulting on various areas of the project including brand development and interior/exterior specification under the stewardship of RBstudio Architects
He said:
“It is a privilege to be involved with the Deheers project and to be given the opportunity to celebrate and protect such an important part of Weymouth’s heritage. As a Weymouth resident and water boy at heart, living by the sea has given me a sense of happiness and wellbeing. I have travelled a fair bit with work in the past but have yet to come across a place I would rather live. I have always been drawn to this unassuming building, knowing how it had borne witness to so many significant periods in history, changing subtly over time and serving so many people, families and enterprises. I feel proud that I am helping to write the next chapter of the Deheers Warehouse story, how it will be bringing a fresh new way of town living to the Weymouth quayside while benefiting the community, visitors and future generations.”
Mickey Jones added:
“We welcome Mark into the Deheers team. I am in no doubt the project will greatly benefit from the tireless consideration and attention to detail Mark applies to everything he works on.”
